Alma Castro A dynamite cook that is what anyone who has tasted her dishes will tell you. Alma is the slim reed that bends but does not break under the pressure of the wind or high volume job orders for that matter. She holds her C.A.C.* and C.S.P.** and has become a team member we know we can rely on. Knowledgeable on Workers' Compensation and certified to certify forklift drivers, this thespian is working towards her degree in Criminal Investigation in her spare time. But whenever she can she likes to get on stage and add a little drama.

Elizabeth Barrios This yellow rose of Texas is a firecracker when it comes to action. With her eye on exotic places and music in her heart, she makes things happen. Elizabeth also has acquired her C.A.C. and C.S.P. and is very active in her area by sitting on the committee for the Business Expo in Salinas for the Salinas Valley Business Women's Network. She is on the board of the Latino Network who organize the Latino Luncheon. Like many of the Sundance Team Elizabeth is a Toastmaster to hone her speaking and management skills.

Elza Metzelaar There is something about the early morning, before the dew is dry and before the sun is up that gives serenity. Seeing silver soften and change its shape gives flexibility and confidence. Watching dusk fall gives patience. Laughing much and laughing often, makes for a light heart. Traveling the globe provides a full and interesting life and many stories to tell.

She is a platespinner, always working on various projects at the same time, making sure that she gives any plate that falters a quick twirl. Rosie Ruvalcaba Weaving a pattern all her own, Rosie gathers the threads of song and creates magic with her voice. Her destination is the stage but for some reason she is distracted by crunching numbers. If you think you recognize her angel face, you probably saw her on television. Next thing to do is buy her CD. Rosie is very involved with helping young people find their way in life. She is working towards her degree in Child Development.

Frances Hoskins This hot chili pepper works at everything with the goal in mind; whether it's loosing a couple of dress sizes or single handedly running a valley - she meets her goal. Frances has 11 years of experience in the staffing industry and sits on the CSP State Board and serves on the local San Diego Chapter. She's an active member of the Brawley and El Centro Chambers. She is a trustee of the American Cancer Society and the Special Olympics. Frances is II Vice President of the Brawley Chamber and serves on the Brawley Chamber Legislative Committee as well as of California Staffing Professionals. Whether dealing with labor or business issues, she's there to support her community. Frances is on a fast track towards her B.S. in Business/Management. Her list of professional certifications include C.A.C.* and C.S.P.** designations and Labor Law Accreditation. She has a soft spot for Tinker bell, her Chihuahua.

Before joining our team she was known as Teacher Judie and the education, protection and safety of children is still an important part of her life. Judie was a volunteer with C.A.S.A. (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for 2 years. She is now completing her B.A. in Business Accounting.

Her other activities include organizations such as the Salinas Valley Business Woman's Network. Yesenia is a member of Oxnard, Ventura Chambers and Salinas Chamber as well as the Santa Barbara Human Resource Association, Gold Coast Hispanic Chamber, and National Human Resource Association. She supports the Girls Scouts and is a board member for this organization. Yesenia holds a B.A. in Spanish Literature and Ethnic Studies as well as many professional certifications including C.A.C., C.S.P. and her Safety Certification through AgSafe.

Nydia Gonzalez No Ice Princess here. She will melt a glacier given a minute. The closer she can fly to the sun the better. No fear of melting wings of wax or letting go of the thread in the labyrinth. She even rides a Rhino (desert toy) through the desert and that is where you will find her happy in the sun. Nydia is an enthusiastic member of our team and enjoys networking. She is currently taking classes at Imperial Valley College.
