Our Staffing Division offers the following services:

For positions where you are looking to hire someone on permanently, we have two services available.

Direct Placement - This is where we recruit for you and find the best fit between talent, position and client company. These assignments contain a complete pre-screening including interviewing, and reference checks. You get to meet one or multiple candidates. Ultimately, the choice of candidate is always yours.
Our fee is a percentage of the employee's annual salary. If for any reason it is decided during a probationary period that the candidate is not working out, our company proceeds to locate and recruit another suitable candidate.

Your advantage:

1. Direct Placement assures the right candidate for the available position at a very low risk to you.

Temp to Hire is also a service very suitable for situations where you are looking for the best fit for your company. The process includes a selection process within all of the in-house or external databases available to us. We pre-screen and interview and forward you resumes of only qualified applicants. An interview between you and the candidate is then set up according to your wishes. Ultimately, the choice of candidate is always yours.

Your advantage:

1. Your selection is narrowed to only applicants who are highly suitable; saving you much time at no cost.
2. You have just expanded your company's hiring capabilities.
3. The candidate works for your company on our payroll for 720 hours during which time you can determine if the fit is right between the company and the candidate. If you decide to hire the candidate on earlier then a conversion fee applies.

Our Staffing Division also offers Temporary employees for short term, general clerical as well as labor assignments. We select and interview applicants suitable for the position available and they remain in our employ while working for your company.

Your advantage:

1. The duration can be anywhere from a minimum of 4 hours to several months or longer.
2. When the assignment ends you are not responsible for the any unemployment claim.
3. You have flexibility and we take care of the payroll, taxes and workers' compensation insurance.

Sundance also offers Human Resource services that provide your company with a team of professionals in this field including OSHA accredited Safety Instructors. You will be kept up to date on all legal requirements in California and certification will be taken care of without you having to send your staff to seminars or training.

Your advantage:

1. You will always be in compliance with the legal requirements in the HR field and experience large savings on travel and training costs.
2. You will have access to a wide array of testing possibilities, both psychological and vocational. A flat fee applies to this service.

The Sundance' Coaching Team consists of experienced Business Coaches, including an organizational psychologist and certified organizational coaches of various disciplines. Members of the Coaching Team help facilitate team building and problem solving within companies that are going through a transition such as reorganization or rapid growth. We work with teams or individuals to optimize their success. Our philosophy is based on Emotional Intelligence, also called Social Intelligence and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, which provides excellent results and which has a positive influence on a company's profitability.
